On September 7, 2021, the Wigner Physics Research Center of the Eötvös Loránd Research Network and the Indian Institute of Technology Indore signed a cooperation agreement on a joint research program. The agreement provides an opportunity for students and researchers from the two institutes to participate in the ongoing research, mainly in high-energy nuclear and particle physics, and provides a framework for further cooperation and researcher exchanges between the institutes.
Mr. Richard Hembrom, an Indian PhD student at Eötvös Lóránd University (ELTE) Doctoral School of Biology, studying in Hungary with a Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship founded by the Hungarian Government, won the Best Poster Award at the International Microscopy Conference in the Life Sciences section.

In the autumn of 2021, 153 students will leave for 20 EU countries and the UK under the ERESMUS MUNDUS program.
