On March 17, 2021, an outdoor astrophoto exhibition was opened in the large lawns of the embassy, organized by the Hungarian Cultural Institute Delhi, together with the Hungarian Embassy in New Delhi and the Association of Hungarian Astrophotographers (MAFE).

Water & Soil Ltd (Hungary) and Valoric Venture Ltd (India) has signed a distribution agreement today at the Ambassador's residence. Water & Soil Ltd. is a Hungarian agricultural input material producer addressing one of the greatest limitations to global agriculture: water scarcity. Their Water Retainer product, an organic based liquid soil conditioner retains the already existing humidity in the soil by reducing the evaporation loss. FAO has recognized the Water Retainer recently by incorporating the product into the recommended technologies. Currently demonstrations of the Water Retainer are being organised on many different crops in many places in India such as tea, tobacco, tomato, pepper, leaf vegies, rice, sugar cane, etc. in order to introduce the product to the market.

A Magyarország Belügyminisztériuma és az Indiai Köztársaság Vízkészlet-, Folyamfejlesztési és Gangesz-magújítási Minisztériuma közötti vízgazdálkodási együttműködésről szóló megállapodást 2016. október 16-án írták alá Budapesten. Ennek végrehajtása érdekében a két fél közös szakértői csoportot hoz létre.
2020. 11. 20-án online formában került sor a kétoldalú vízügyi megállapodás alapján a vízügyi közös szakértői munkacsoport első, előzetesnek nevezett ülésére. A hét tagú magyar delegációt Kovács Péter főosztályvezető (BM), Magyarország Vízigazgatója, a közös munkacsoport magyar társelnöke vezette. Indiai oldalon hat résztvevő volt jelen, a csoport vezetője Mr. Subodh Yadav helyettes államtitkár (Ministry of Jal Shakti)
